My Final Wishes, Large Print — Fill-In End-of-Life Organizer (Print-at-Home PDF)
When the day comes, your family will have a hundred small questions. Who do we call? Where is the will? Which bills come out on their own? Who takes the dog? This organizer lets you answer them now, in your own handwriting, in one place.
WHAT YOU GET
One PDF, 112 pages, made for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in), ready to print at home and keep in a binder:
- About Me: your details, family, health, medicines, and where every important paper is kept
- People to Call: who to tell first, your executor and helpers, four pages of family and friends
- Money: a one-page summary for simple lives, plus detail pages if you need them
- Insurance, Home and Things, Pets (a page for each pet), Online Life
- Funeral Wishes: burial or cremation, the service, music, notes for your obituary
- Letters and Memories: pages for letters to the people you love, family stories, recipes
- First 30 Days: a checklist for your family, in order, from the first day to the first month
- Page 2 is a one-page "How to print this book"
LARGE PRINT, TRULY
Every word is 17-point type or larger (nothing smaller than 16 point), set in a typeface made for readers with low vision. Writing lines are almost half an inch apart, so there is room for real handwriting. Dark tabs on the page edges mark the 10 sections.
SAFE TO KEEP IN A DRAWER
The pages ask for the last 4 digits of account numbers and for where your passwords are kept, never the passwords themselves.
Print it once, or print a fresh page whenever something changes. That is the point of the PDF.
This is an organizer, not a will, and it is not legal advice. For a will, a trust, or a power of attorney, talk to a lawyer in your state.
KEEP IT TIDY
Hole-punch the left edge and keep the pages in a 3-ring binder: the book stays in one place, and a page can be swapped out the day something changes.
This is a digital download. No book will be mailed. The file arrives the moment payment goes through.
PRINT TIPS
Print single-sided at 100% / "Actual size" (or "Fit to page" if your printer trims the edge). Black ink only. Plain copy paper works; 24 lb paper and a binder make a keeper. Print as many copies as you like for your own household; please don't share the file.
