3 Hz Binaural Beats

The 3 Hz frequency has been associated with:

• relaxation, tranquility
• treatment of insomnia, sleep restoration*
• lucid dreaming (rational)
• hypnagogic hallucinations
• pain relief, knee pain relief, abdominal pain relief

There are two 3 Hz tracks. One uses a 40 Hz carrier; the other uses a 136.1 Hz carrier. Use the 40 Hz carrier frequency if you have a good pair of headphones. Select and play which track resonates with you (they both have a 3 Hz binaural beat). The 40 Hz carrier is ideal if you want minimal tone (lower tone). Both tracks need to be played using headphones. Both tracks are mp3 format and run for 15 minutes.
