This isn't passive. If something develops mid-operation — an interview gets booked, a recruiter calls — tell me and I act on it the same day. One client came to me unemployed after a long search. Effects don't switch off the moment the four weeks end. Given the scale of energy involved, they carry on working for some time after. After booking, I'll reach out within 24 hours for a short consultation to understand exactly what you're going for and where you're stuck.
Once an operation has begun, I don't offer refunds — the work and time invested can't be undone. That said, if after we've spoken I don't think I'm the right fit to help you, I'll tell you honestly and refund you in full before any work starts. Absolutely. Each engagement is its own instance — once a previous operation ends, I no longer have access to your information unless you come back, at which point we simply start fresh.
