effect pack

hey there!

here's a pack with effects that i use a lot for my edits. the effects are the following ones:
- directional blur
- circle blur
- 2 shakes
- flicker
- shake out
- tv damage

the effects are only for after effects!
you'll need bcc and shappire plug-ins.
credits aren't necessary
