It was through natural healing — supporting my body and mind as a whole, not just medicating symptoms — that I found my way back to life. Slowly but surely, I began to heal. I reclaimed my health, my mind, and my identity.


Determined to understand more, I went on to study natural medicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), trained as a holistic therapist, and became a yoga teacher, combining professional knowledge with my lived experience to help others reclaim their health, too.
