How to deal with jobs?

I have written this book to delve into the details of the story that I've experienced, which made me realize the truth behind understanding jobs, how to deal with them, and how to assess the health of the environment surrounding us. This environment enables us to be creative and maintain high efficiency in our work.

Working in a place that feels like it has added to you and where you feel a sense of belonging is a good thing. However, it can make you lose when you leave it when the environment becomes unhealthy. The essence of the matter is that I worked for three years in a company that taught me a lot. Still, the work environment gradually turned toxic, with colleagues speaking ill of each other, and the company began to suffer losses. I lost the sense of a healthy workplace, and the financial stability was also compromised. Loyalty to the company became a one-sided commitment, as some companies manipulate their employees' emotions to keep them emotionally attached, even if it's not in the employee's best interest. The saying, "You're like a son to the company," is a lie. You, my friend, don't share in the company's profits or its founding. It exists for profit and business. So, separate this from your life and try to understand the correct evaluation that allows you to make the right decisions and not miss out on strong opportunities that can make you better both

professionally and personally.

The primary purpose of writing this book is to clarify what goes on in your mind when you're unsure whether to leave the company or take the next step. You often find yourself facing a manager you like or respect, and you can't leave them behind. You feel responsible for helping them, regardless of the financial constraints or other circumstances they might face. Or you're afraid that they won't find a suitable replacement for you. You're torn between staying with what you know and venturing into the unknown. It's a challenging equation, where fear of the unknown is weighed against your perception of loyalty or indispensability to your manager.
