I DO NOT DO HEADS OR BODY SCRATCH COMMISSIONS

The commissions I do typically only include: .fbx file(s) texture/textures , rigging (when rigging applies)

When it comes to bases, you must let me know prior, as I do not own all heads/bodies.

⟡ Terms of Service ⟡

Commissions require half of the payment upfront. The rest of the payment will be due after you approve and before I send the final files. No refunds after Blender work is done. If you can not pay me the last payment within a week of the commission being completed, I will be putting it for sale (even if it is a private commission) 

Once I get to the texturing stage, no more alterations can be made. This includes mesh changes, add-ons, or extra things being added to the commission in addition to re-rigging or fitting to a new base. If you cancel the project halfway through completion, the deposit will not be refunded.

If you want to use a commission for streaming/v-tubing it is fine, just make sure to credit me somewhere for making the assets. 

Leaking commissioned assets is against my TOS if you leak/price split/ or rip any commissions of mine, you will be banned from my server, shop, and commission client list.

Must have references for what you want. Do not give me an AI reference. If you do not have one, I will sketch one for you for a $5 fee.

Must have blender knowledge. I will not be putting the asset on your project 

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customers do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

If you are gifting a commission, make sure to put in that person's email and discord/vrchat info. If not, that is failure to follow my TOS and will result in a ban from my shop. If you think there has been a mistake, please open a ticket in my server and talk to me to resolve it. I will not answer queries in the wrong channels.

I will NOT recreate anything, whether it is from a game or another creator ( Inspo is fine, but I will not 1:1)

Commissions take me about 1-4 weeks to complete (depending on how intricate they are, it may take longer). I will send progress updates along the way and notify you accordingly.

If you commission me, OPEN A TICKET in my server, I do not answer DMS or emails about commissions!

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

If a commission is done by me, regardless of type I must be credited. This may look like the following;

This item can be used on commercial avatars

This can be sold on my store. 

You cannot sell this item alone or distribute it. 

You may use this asset on free/nitro/ public avatars.

You may not claim the asset was made by you; you must give credit in the form specified in my T.O.S

Can be used on commercial + personal projects. 

This item can be used on commercial avatars and is exclusive to you.

This asset will not be sold on my store. (So long as T.OS is followed)

You cannot sell this item alone or distribute it. 

You may not claim the asset was made by you; you must give credit in the form specified in my T.O.S

You may use this asset on free/nitro/ public avatars.
