Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at authorumhiram@umhiram.com.

When reaching out, please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after seven (7) days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handmade or natural nature of certain products and are not considered defects.
