Put your next quote and job records in one practical toolkit.
Built for independent repair and maintenance businesses that want simple files they can own and edit. Create a quote or invoice in your browser, save a PDF, and keep job and maintenance records in your preferred spreadsheet app.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• Browser quote and invoice builder: editable business/customer fields, line-item totals, discount, tax, print-to-PDF and line-item CSV export.
• Job tracker CSV: organize job details, quote amounts, status and dates.
• Maintenance log CSV: record assets, work completed and next service dates.
• Five customer message templates: quote follow-up, appointment confirmation, scope change, payment reminder and job completion.
• Quick-start instructions and a single-business license.
HOW IT WORKS
Download and extract the ZIP. Open the HTML tool in a modern desktop browser; open CSVs in a CSV-compatible spreadsheet program. No product subscription or software account is required. The browser tool can work offline.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING
The quote builder does not save entries automatically. Save a PDF before closing or refreshing. CSV export contains line items; use the PDF for the complete quote. Currency labels are USD ($). Set your own applicable tax rate and business terms.
This is a downloadable organizational toolkit. Payment collection, cloud synchronization, automatic messaging and accounting services are not included. No business results are promised. One purchase permits internal use within one business; resale or redistribution of the toolkit is not permitted.
