This isn’t some crazy secret program or a quick fix. It’s honestly just the exact training, eating, and lifestyle habits I’ve been following to stay lean, build muscle, and keep my physique year-round. The price justifies itself given I offer part time personal 1on1 coaching alongside the program.


Inside, you’ll find my full workout routine with every exercise I personally do, organized into a weekly split that hits each muscle group twice a week. These are the exercises I’ve found work best for me, and I’ve laid everything out so you don’t have to spend hours figuring out what to do in the gym.


I’ve also included the nutrition side of things—how I set up my calories, how much protein I aim for, and the eating habits that help me stay in shape while still keeping things realistic and sustainable.


On top of that, I break down some of the daily habits that have made the biggest difference for me. Nothing extreme—just simple habits that add up over time.


The biggest reason I wanted to put this together is because I remember how confusing fitness felt when I first started. There was so much conflicting advice online. This is just everything I’ve learned and what has genuinely worked for me in one place.
