Apparel Details

• Available styles include short-sleeve shirts, long-sleeve shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and hoodies.
• Available sizes vary by garment.
• Standard garment colors are Black, White, and Gray.
• Additional garment colors may be available for an additional charge.
• Glitter and other specialty vinyl options are available for an additional charge.
• Additional design areas, such as the back or sleeves, may have an additional cost.

How Custom Apparel Orders Work

After completing your purchase, you will be directed to submit your customization details, including your size, garment color, wording, photos, colors, and other design information.

An initial design proof is typically sent by email within 3–5 business days after all required customization details have been received. Design complexity may require additional time.

Please review your proof carefully. Any requested changes must be submitted during the proof-review stage. Once the final design is approved, no additional design changes can be made and your order will move into production.

Production Time

Custom apparel production is typically 7–10 business days after final design approval.

Production time does not include the design-proof process, shipping, or delivery time.

Rush service may be available with a 5–7 business day production timeframe, depending on availability.

The Broke Crafter LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided or approved by the customer. If an error is made by The Broke Crafter LLC, the issue will be reviewed and corrected when applicable.

Return Policy

Because each item is made to order and customized specifically for you, all custom apparel sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted on customized items.

Any issue caused by an error from The Broke Crafter LLC must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available at the customer’s expense and is calculated separately.
