This school, offered by the Homesteading Academy of Self-Sufficiency, is designed to transform beginners into confident herbalists and/or practitioners of herbal medicine by covering essential topics, including herbal terminology, pregnancy and lactation considerations, dosing, herb/Rx interactions, ethics and legalities, herbal cleansing, herbal gardening, harvesting and drying herbs, systems of the body, health ailments, how to use those herbs to make medicine, 150+ individual herb monographs, herbal dental care, herbal first aid, foraging weeds as medicine, and more! Through interactive lessons and practical assignments, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of herbal practices and their applications for personal health and wellness. Upon successful completion, a certificate of completion will be awarded.
