This is for women serious about results and ready to train with structure.
Includes:
• 1 in-person training session per week (4 total)
• 1–2 customized workouts delivered via Superset
• Weekly accountability check-in
• Progressive programming tailored to your goals
Hybrid Coaching combines hands-on training with structured independence.
Equipment & Commitment
• Access to a gym or appropriate equipment is required.
• Client must complete intake form within 48 hours of purchase.
• Weekly check-ins are required inside the Superset app.
• All communication is conducted through the app.
Program Structure
• This package is valid for 30 days from purchase.
• Sessions do not roll over.
• Unused sessions are forfeited.
• A new purchase is required to continue beyond 30 days.
• Upgrades or changes begin at the start of a new cycle.
Policies & Disclaimer
• One reschedule permitted per 30-day cycle with 24-hour notice.
• Missed sessions without notice are deducted.
• No refunds.
• Results vary based on consistency, effort, nutrition, and recovery.
• You confirm you are medically cleared for exercise.
