“Ten thousand feet up…up the side of Mt. Crumpit!” Well, at least TWO feet up. These socks are sure to give you a wonderful, awful idea: knit your own way in your great Grinchy sleigh through the trees and up to the summit of Mt. Crumpit, and watch your heart grow three sizes! With a main color and 20-gram mini skein, you too can look just like the fake St. Nick. Just don’t forget that last can of Who Hash!

These socks are worked from the toe up using a German Short Row heel (although you may substitute your favorite type of short row heel if you wish.) The trees and summits use stranded colorwork, while the hearts are made of beginner-to-intermediate lace. Charted instructions are provided, as well as written instructions for the lace hearts.
