Alba Beanie
Alba Beanie is a colourwork beanie pattern worked in DK yarn. You can knit it in two, three, or four colours, each choice giving a distinct look. The beanie can be finished with a pom pom or a tassel, depending on your style.
By adjusting the length of the ribbing, you can create a close-fitting style or a looser crown with some “flop,” as shown in the photo.
The pattern is named after the Ruta de Alba, an idyllic hiking trail in Sobrescobio, Spain, which I visited with my son while designing this beanie.
