What the Body Holds · Print-at-Home Edition
What the Body Holds is a coloring and mapping workbook for noticing what the body carries, before it is named or explained. It is a way to arrive in the body, mark what is there in color, and let it be witnessed without being explained or solved.
Inside are thirty short sessions held in five movements: Arrival, Witness, Friction, Softening, and Return. Each session offers a quiet way in, a full-page body outline to mark however the moment asks, and a plain note on why it helps. Reference pages offer ways to arrive and ways to mark, and the back matter gathers plain-language definitions and the science the practice draws on.
There is no order to follow and nothing to finish. Return to any page, leave any page unmarked, move through many or stay with one. Never a streak to keep, never a score to raise. Nothing here measures you.
Grounded in somatic and nervous system awareness, it is made to be marked on, returned to, and kept close.
A single mark is enough.
A note on this edition
This is the print-at-home edition, the do-it-yourself version of the workbook. Print the pages and work on them by hand: color the body maps, mark where sensation lives, and answer on paper what you can only read on a screen. It comes sized for both US Letter and A4, with room to print single-sided so nothing shows through. The printed book is the fuller object. This edition exists so the work can reach you when the printed one cannot. There is nothing to set up and nothing to finish.
