KNOW THE SIGNS – SAVE A LIFE

See and understand my other EBOOKS! :STROKE → ACT F.A.S.T.
Face drooping? (one side sags or feels numb)
Arm weakness? (can’t raise both arms evenly)
Speech slurred? (can’t repeat a simple sentence)
Time to CALL 911 → EVERY MINUTE COUNTS!
Even if symptoms go away → STILL CALL.
“It’s nothing” kills more people than strokes do.
HEART ATTACK → DON’T WAIT, DON’T DRIVE
Common signs (especially in women & seniors):
- Chest pressure / heaviness (feels like an elephant or just “wrong”)
- Pain spreading to arm(s), jaw, neck, back, stomach
- Sudden nausea, cold sweat, dizziness, extreme fatigue
- Shortness of breath with or without chest pain
It can feel like indigestion, flu, or a pulled muscle.
When in doubt → CALL 911.
Paramedics would rather laugh with you in the ER than cry over you at home.
3 RULES EVERYONE OVER 50 MUST LIVE BY
- NEVER “wait and see” with these signs.
- NEVER drive yourself or let someone drive you — call 911 so treatment starts in the ambulance.
- Tell your kids, neighbors, friends: “If I ever act confused or clutch my chest, don’t ask me — just dial.”
One phone call can give back decades.
Put this page where you’ll see it.
Share it. Read it out loud at family dinner.
Because the people worth keeping are worth 3 minutes of feeling “silly.”
F.A.S.T. + CALL 911 = MORE BIRTHDAYS
Pass it on. Someone’s next breath depends on it.
