HOW TO USE

1. Download the .xlsx file

2. Open in Excel, or upload to Google Drive and open in Google Sheets

3. Go to the Setup tab — fill in your trip name, dates, budget, and traveler names

4. Everything else updates automatically

Tip: Create a separate copy of the orignal empty file if you are planning different trips. Keep the empty file ( the one you download) separate for reuse.
