Resin Keychain — Resin Build Plan No. 16, PDF Plan with Layout Diagram, Pour List & Costs
Build a true pocket piece: a 2 in resin letter or disc with real pressed flowers or glitter inside and a split ring to carry it. This 5-page PDF plan (Build Plan No. 16 in the Fox Feather Farms winter series) makes the alphabet letter at 2 in tall and 3/8 in (10 mm) thick — the plan steers you to the deep mold style on purpose, because a flat pour snaps at the hole — at about 30 ml of resin per keychain, with disc and heart variants from the same molds. Inside: a dimensioned layout diagram, a cut/pour list, a full materials list with per-line costs in Canadian dollars (about $4 typical per keychain), the tools required, finishes and cure times, and a 6-step build summary. Personalization is the design — an initial, a favourite colour, a tiny garden flower — and one mix pours 6–8 keychains in a single 30–40 minute session. Builder's notes cover the deluxe version (a tassel, an extra charm, or a vinyl name sealed under a dome) and carding a set of three family initials as one gift piece. Full cure 72 hours before hardware goes on under load. Personal use only — print and use as often as you like for yourself or as gifts; please don't redistribute the files or resell them.
What you need: A silicone alphabet mold set (plus disc/heart molds for variants), 1:1 casting/art epoxy, pressed flowers or glitter, split rings, jump rings and eye screws, mixing gear and nitrile gloves. A printer if you want the plan on paper.
