Access requirements

SubRecovery Toolkit is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.

You can prepare and save your case records on your device. An internet connection is required to activate your licence and verify access before generating new paid letter exports or case packs. Your case contents remain on your device.

Following a full refund, access to paid features ends. Your existing case records remain available to view and make recovery backups. Files you have already downloaded remain on your device.

If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, your 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply of the digital content begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If SubRecovery Toolkit is faulty, not as described or does not work as it should, contact support@pdfblueprints.store with your order reference and details of the problem. We will assess your request and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or an appropriate price reduction or refund.

We may also consider refunds outside your statutory rights at our discretion. A full refund ends access to paid features but does not delete your locally saved case records.
