➤These rules apply to all assets: free, nitro, paid and commissioned assets..

1. You MUST credit me correctly when using my assets. Using my full store name [Pumpkin/Skullerrew] or my Discord name [Pumpkin] and a link back to the asset . Ex; [Asset Name] by Pumpkin and hyperlink to the asset. If the asset is from my Nitro, please credit using a permalink to my discord. (My Server)

⤷ Failure to give credit will result in a ban from my server and shop

2. If you are banned from my discord server you are banned from my shop.

⤷ If you are banned you can not use my assets for any models whether it is personal or commercial. 

3. If you put in false information at check out you will be banned from my shop.

⤷ If it is a mistake open a ticket in my discord server {I do not respond to emails}

4. You can only use my assets on finished models, with proper credit to me. 

⤷ Proper credit is a hyperlink to the asset you used not my shop. 

5. You cannot use my assets taken from another creator's model.

⤷ you must buy it from my store to use it in any way commercially or personal. If it is a private commission and you rip it from a model you are banned.

6. Do not resell my assets in anyway.

⤷ This includes edited or modified, do not sell edits of my assets even if its a free/paid/nitro asset.

8. Do not price-split my assets.

⤷ Sharing them with anyone else is prohibited. Friends, partners, family's etc. Do NOT share my assets.

9. My assets can be used for nitro, public, commercial, personal or commissions.

⤷ You must either give me credit somewhere in the description or hyperlink to my asset when used on models.

10. When using my assets for a commission both parties must own it.

⤷ If both parties do not own an asset that is being used in a commission I consider it leaking therefore both must own it and the secondary party can get it for cheaper just talk to me. 

11.You can use my assets for streaming & Vtuber models.

⤷ Credit must be put somewhere if you are using my assets/models for vtubing or streaming.

12. My assets are ONLY for vrchat.

⤷ Use my assets for any other games; sims 4, yandere simulator, GTA, etc. You will be banned from my shop permanently if found out to be using my assets for other games. 

13. You can edit my assets.

⤷ As long as the asset looks like the original asset you can edit it in anyway. (ex; changing the texture, taking off pieces from a set to use as standalone assets, taking an asset to use as a prop)

14. You can not use my assets for Age Regression or Little Space.

⤷ Please do not use my assets for little space or age regression avatars they make me uncomfortable. 

15. You can not run my assets through AI. Do not use AI with my assets at all. 

⤷ Do not run my assets through AI this means if you make a model using my assets and run it through AI you are breaking my TOS and will be banned. 

⤷ Do not use ai to make patterns or textures my assets as well
