These rules apply to all assets: free, nitro, paid and commissioned assets..

・Use for Personal / Commercial / Public / Nitro / Free

1. You MUST credit me correctly when using my assets. Using my full store name [Pumpkin] or my Discord name [Pumpkin] and a link back to the asset or my store (at minimum). EG. Asset Name by Pumpkin (https://payhip.com/Skullerrew). If the asset is from my Nitro, please credit using a permalink to my discord. (https://discord.gg/GPqUdmt4QS)
2. You MUST not claim any of my assets or it's parts as your own. Provide credit for MY work.
3. You MUST put your info in correctly when purchasing failing to do so more then once will result in a ban from my store and server, revoking all rights to every asset you have purchased or received free from my store.
4. You may ONLY use my assets on FINISHED MODELS, with proper credit to me. You may not modify, or use parts, of the asset to make your own asset for sale.
5. You CANNOT use my assets taken from another creator's model, you MUST buy it from my store to use it in ANY WAY.
6. Do NOT resell my assets in ANY WAY. This includes edited or modified.
7. Do NOT redistribute, leak or trade my assets in ANY WAY. This includes any 3rd party sites, forums, sharing websites, leaker sites, discord servers, sharing with friends etc.
8. Do NOT price-split my assets with ANYONE. Sharing them with anyone else is prohibited. Friends, partners, family's etc. Do NOT share them.
9. Nitro assets can be used on any models as long as proper credit is given. EX; [asset][by pumpkin] that links to the products page.
10. Your license to use the asset is ONLY VALID if you provide the correct information at checkout.

⤷ Otherwise I have no proof of purchase and will issue a DMCA. You may also be blacklisted for breaking TOS.

1. DO NOT share codes for server exclusive assets

⤷ if you do: the code will be REMOVED and the assets may no longer be available.

⤷ You will also be blacklisted and BANNED from my shop/server

1. To purchase these assets for someone else, please use the gift function and fill in THEIR discord and vrc username in at checkout!
2. You can use my assets for VRChat & Vtuber models

⤷ but nothing outside of that like sims 4, roblox, imvu, etc. When used please, credit me somewhere or else this will result in a ban from purchasing and using previously purchased assets.

1. My assets are non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing all provided information before your purchase. However, if something is accidentally bought twice, please talk to me via Dm's and something might be able to be worked out.
2. Failure to follow my TOS will result in a ban from shop and server.

All rules are subjected to change. Updated 3/1/25
