TOS ◦ Terms of Use (& Tip Jar)

• ⚠️My assets are non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing all provided information before your purchase⚠️

➤These rules apply to all assets: free, nitro, paid and commissioned assets..

・Use for Personal / Commercial / Public / Nitro / Free

1. You MUST credit me correctly when using my assets. Using my full store name [Pumpkin] or my Discord name [Pumpkin] and a link back to the asset . Ex; [Asset Name] by Pumpkin and hyperlink to the asset. If the asset is from my Nitro, please credit using a permalink to my discord. (My Server)

2. You may not leak/redistribute or share any of my works. If you are found to have been leaking within the last year I will ban you from my shop/server.

⤷ If you are in active leaking servers and this is found out I will be banning you and revoking access to my assets.

3. You must put your info in correctly when purchasing failing to do so more then once will result in a ban from my store and server. Once banned all assets are revoked

⤷ If you are gifting put in the information of the person you are gifting the assets to in and not your own especially their email, please put in their email not yours

⤷If you think your email was banned wrongly open a ticket in my server and talk to me (this only applies if this was a one time thing)

4. You may only use my assets on finished models, with proper credit to me. You may not modify, or use parts, of the asset to make your own asset for sale or take parts to use on other models.

⤷ You may use my assets on public/nitro/paid/ and free models with proper credit

5. You cannot use my assets taken from another creator's model

⤷ you must buy it from my store to use it in any way commercially or personal.

6. Do not resell my assets in anyway.

⤷ This includes edited or modified, do not sell edits of my assets even if its a free/paid/nitro asset.

8. Do not price-split my assets with anyone.

⤷ Sharing them with anyone else is prohibited. Friends, partners, family's etc. Do NOT share them.

9. Nitro assets can be used on any models as long as proper credit is given.

⤷ EX; [asset][by pumpkin] that links to the products page or my discord server.

10. When using my assets for a commission both parties must own it if not and one party owns it, while the other doesn't you will be banned from my shop and access revoked from using my assets.

11. Do not share codes for server exclusive assets

⤷ You will also be blacklisted and banned from my shop/server

12.You can use my assets for VRChat & Vtuber models

⤷ But nothing outside of that like sims 4, roblox, imvu, or other games including other vr games. ⤷When used for vtuber purposes you can just put a link in chat or put in chat asset was made by Pumpkin

Failure to follow my TOS will result in a ban from shop and server. It is on you to read the TOS fully and understand what has been stated before purchasing models/assets from me.
