If you know me you know that I've always struggled with my body. "Always" been chubby/curvy/fat/baby whale and made myself horribly wrong for it. There were times when managed to lose some weight but then quickly got it back and even doubled it.
Then something changed. I've changed things. I've chosen differently. I've started to ask my body questions. Like what it would like to eat, drink or how it would like to move. I've started to release traumas and beliefs from my body and at the same time eating "right" and move.
Right means right what MY body wanted and not right what other super health gurus say.
The result? I'm 2 dress sizes lighter than I was 5 months ago. Feel happier and move with grace.
This is one of the inspirations that led me to create the 3 part body meditation series. To open up the door to you, to start the communication with your body. To start creating with your body and start loving your body again, just as you did when you were a baby.
