Capacity Tracker - 10 people
If you want to keep on top of how much time you and your small team are spending on specific tasks or projects each week then this is for you.
There's an overview sheet where you input the first Monday you're using the tracker, it will then automatically update the rest of the sheet with the rest of the dates, you can also input your team members names and their contracted work hours each week. This will automatically update on the Input tab.
You can amend the headers/titles to suit you.
The sheet will show you how many hours you've spent on your projects/tasks each week and what your capacity is/how much you have left.
This file was created in Microsoft 365 so please make sure it's compatible with your software as we do not refund on digital products.
