8 Week Pull Up Progression

Everyone has some sort of Pull Up progression. Ive used this for YEARS with all my athletes including the probies in the FDNY academy. They have to do pull ups as a part of their testing. So I have created something that will definitely work. It has gotten a lot of people their first pull up!
