If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds once I start working on the custom sheet. Please reach out to me first to see if we are a good fit before purchasing!
How does the process work?
Once you've completed your purchase, you can share your sheet with me as an editor. I will made the customizations directly in your sheet.
Most requests can be completed via email, but we can also arrange a Zoom call if necessary.
What happens if I have questions about the sheet after delivery?
Simply reach out to me and I'm happy to answer any questions about the sheet. If you need more features, we can discuss how much it would cost to build more functionality into the sheet.
Is it possible to buy more development time?
For sure! You simply need to purchase another block of hours again and I can continue to customize your sheet. For more complex projects, I can create a Custom Google Sheet for you.
