The four paper forms a small service business reaches for every single week — a work order template, a service call sheet, a receipt page, and appointment/reminder cards — in an Excel workbook that does the math, and as printable pages for the truck, the counter, or the customer's fridge. Built for plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, appliance repair, and handymen still writing forms on whatever paper is closest..

Not included, on purpose: contracts and legal agreements. These are working forms — who, where, what, and how much — the paperwork of doing the job, not legal documents.

What's inside

• Work Order (Excel + HTML) — customer details, requested work, a parts table that multiplies and totals itself, labor (hours × rate), tax on parts, and a customer approval signature line

• Service Call Sheet (Excel + HTML) — one sheet per call: problem reported, diagnosis, work performed, charges, and both signatures. Your record at tax time and warranty time

• Receipt Page (Excel + HTML) — items, totals, tax, payment method; print a stack for the truck or fill it in and email it

• Appointment / Reminder Card (Excel + HTML) — two cards per printed HTML page with a cut line, sized for a fridge or a wallet, with a polite reschedule note already written

• A plain-English README covering both formats

Format

Excel (.xlsx, no macros — type in the yellow cells, the blue cells do the math) + HTML pages that open in any browser with typeable fields. Print blanks in stacks, or fill each one in as you go. One honest note, printed on the work order itself: the workbook calculates tax on parts only, because labor tax rules vary by state and trade — check yours.

Who it's for

Plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, appliance repair, handymen — any one-truck-to-small-crew operation still writing forms on whatever paper is closest.

The honest part

Templates, not a business system: they don't schedule jobs, track customers across visits, or replace invoicing software. They make the four forms you use daily clean, consistent, and correctly added up. Every name and figure inside is a fictional example.

License

Use them for one business (yours, or one client's). Don't resell, redistribute, or give away the template files themselves — the filled-in forms you hand customers are yours.
