A little bit about my perspective:

I have been down the road of manifestation, self-help and mindset work, only to find that I was using it as a kind of spiritual escapism...

I was living so much in the mind, and not at all in my body or physical experience. When I finally came back to my body, my breath and THIS VERY MOMENT, I finally was able to allow those thoughts to still, and what was left underneath it all was my inner voice. Once I was actually able to hear that, that's when everything changed. I started seeing things more clearly, life felt SIMPLE, and I was no longer living with a hole inside my heart.

In these video calls (Google Meets), I serve as a guide on this journey to come back to yourself. I am no therapist or spiritual "guru." I am a yoga teacher that shares what has worked for me, and maybe it will work for you, too!
