In some Florida schools, an illustrated version of "The Diary of Anne Frank" was removed from libraries following a challenge. This was due to concerns over content, including a scene where Anne Frank proposes showing her breasts to a friend and a scene where she is enchanted by female nudes in a park. The original published diary, however, remains available in many Florida schools.
