About the Instructor

Nichole's expertise comes from 22 years of recruiting experience from an industry leader along with 7 years of experience as an Adjunct Professor in the career space.

In addition, she is a Talent Development Consultant and Executive Coach with a focus on Leadership Development.

1. What is the purpose of this coaching workshop?

The workshop is for women who have not met their full potential due to a lack of confidence. We will discuss what is holding you back and how to increase your confidence or regain the confidence you lost.

2. Who should attend this workshop?

The workshop is for women who are struggling with confidence in all forms, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, timidity, or stemming from life circumstances.

3. When and where will the workshop take place?

This virtual workshop will consist of 4 one-hour sessions to be held via Zoom. Sessions will be held on the following Wednesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM EDT. June 19th & 26th, and July 10th & 17th.

4. Is there any pre-work or preparation required before the workshop?

Prework will be assigned prior to each session to make the best use of time.

5. What is the format of the workshop?

This is a virtual, interactive workshop that will include instruction, prework, and breakout sessions to foster trust and support among attendees.

6. Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants for the workshop?

To allow the facilitator to give everyone proper attention and for the group to quickly establish a rapport, the workshop will be limited to no more than 12 attendees.

7. What is the cost of the workshop, and what does it include?

The workshop costs $297 due upon enrollment. The last day to sign up and pay is Monday, June 17th, provided there are still seats available.

8. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Because space is limited to 12 attendees, cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to Wednesday, June 12th to receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between Thursday, June 13th and Monday, June 17th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after June 17th, 2024 will be granted.

9. What technology or equipment do I need to participate in a virtual workshop?

To have the best experience, please be sure to have a stable internet connection and a laptop with a camera. To foster engagement, cameras will be required to be on during sessions.
