NEXT MOVE starts there. Pick the situation that feels closest, read the short prompts, and choose one action, one message, one small test, or a decision with a date.

This is an action tool to open when needed. There are no streaks, dated pages or habit charts to maintain.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open 1-Start-Here-NEXT-MOVE.pdf.
2. Choose Find my next move or a situation on the Start page.
3. Read the prompts and choose one action. If it is still too big, use Make it smaller.
4. Tap Save my next move to open the three-line note template. Write and pin the note in your own notes app.
5. Do the move. When returning, read NEXT first and update it with the next action.

This is an example. Write your own move and pin the note if your notes app supports pinning. Save my next move opens the template; it does not save typing or transfer information to another app. The phone PDF does not automatically save or sync your note.

The bonus editions use the earlier 17-page layout and differ from the 22-page phone PDF. For writing or typing, use the type-in or write-on edition, and check that your app keeps what you write before you rely on it.

PHONE, TABLET AND COMPUTER

Read the PDF on a device that opens PDFs. Button behavior depends on the viewer; each button includes a printed page-number fallback. No specific PDF app is promised as compatible.

Save a local copy of the PDF in a folder you can find again. Menus vary by device and viewer. Close it, reopen the saved copy, and check that it is accessible before relying on it. If a file is supplied as a ZIP, extract it before opening the contents.
