My Daily Questions App: After Loss or Bereavement
After Loss or Bereavement
Designed for clients navigating loss in any of its forms — bereavement, relationship breakdown, fertility loss, health-related loss, retirement, or any other significant life loss. The questions do not assume what was lost or who was lost. They are written to hold space for all of it.
Questions move through five tiers: being present with what is here today; remembering and holding what mattered; acknowledging how things have changed; being kind to oneself; and, at the deepest tier, finding what to carry forward..
What Makes it Work
The tier structure follows the emotional logic of grief rather than a clinical stage model. It doesn't push clients toward integration before they are ready — the earlier tiers simply ask: what is here today? The final tier, Finding thread, emerges naturally over time, rather than being imposed as a destination.
Particularly Useful For
Clients navigating bereavement, separation, health loss, fertility loss, retirement, or any other significant loss — including losses that are ambiguous or socially unacknowledged.
About the 'My Daily Questions' Series
Each app delivers one reflective question per day to your client, drawn from a bank of twenty questions organised into five clinical tiers. The tiers move gradually from gentle, concrete entry points toward deeper self-exploration — so the questions ask less of your client early on, and more as the relationship with the app develops.
Answers are stored only on your client's device. Nothing is transmitted online. Everything stays private to them.
No app store. No account. No ongoing cost. Your client taps a link once to install it on their phone — it works like any other app, including offline.
