These are optional Veloura Studio services; this FAQ download remains free. The $199 Product Page Upgrade covers up to three agreed improvements to one product template, including an FAQ using your text. We agree the written scope before payment and build in an unpublished duplicate theme.

Shipping times, sizing and returns: put the answers where shoppers decide to buy. This is an accordion section you edit in Shopify's theme editor.
What it does

How installing works
1. Duplicate your theme in Shopify.
2. Upload the files from the ZIP. A step-by-step guide is included.
3. Add the section in Customize, write your answers, then publish.
Good to know
• Made for Shopify's Dawn theme and Dawn-based themes. Try it on a duplicate theme first.
• The FAQ was checked in our local test setup. Live Dawn testing covered the Sticky section.
• Replace the sample answers with your real shipping and returns policies.

Sold by Yousef Elnajjar, trading as Veloura, New Jersey, United States. Email velouracontacted@gmail.com for download problems, installation guidance, and reproducible defects in the documented setup. Include your order reference, package version, theme/version, reproduction steps, and visible error. Custom design, app integration, and done-for-you installation are not included. Never send passwords or payment details.
Refunds
For paid products, contact velouracontacted@gmail.com within 14 calendar days for duplicate purchases, missing/corrupt files, or a reproducible defect in an advertised supported setup. We'll offer the correct files or a fix; if we cannot resolve it promptly, we'll refund through the original payment method. Change-of-mind requests are considered individually. This voluntary window does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Free downloads have no payment to refund.
License and updates
You may use and modify these files for one Shopify store, including its draft, staging, and replacement themes. A developer may install them for one client store. No source redistribution, resale, public repository, or competing component pack. No storefront attribution is required. Continued use of the obtained release has no recurring Sillwork fee. Paid purchases include updates released for that product during the next 12 months; new features or release dates are not promised. Free updates are available while the free product is offered.
Terms
This is downloadable component code with manual installation instructions. Install and test on a duplicate compatible Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme. It is not a complete theme or installation service. Prices are USD; checkout shows applicable tax and the final total. Payhip handles checkout/download delivery; PayPal processes payment. Compatibility is limited to the documented configurations. No sales or conversion result is promised. Shopify theme licenses are separate. A discretionary full refund ends the refunded license; mandatory rights take precedence. Independent of Shopify.
