38 - Monika SLWC (Chapter 3)

Summary:



Monika wartet darauf, dass der Gips trocknet, während sie sich mit Yuna unterhält. Als sie schließlich aufstehen kann, versucht sie zum ersten Mal, ein paar Schritte mit Krücken zu gehen.

Als sie im Haus ankommen, hilft Yuna ihrer Freundin, sich bequem hinzusetzen, reinigt ihre Zehen und bringt ein Kartenspiel, um sie abzulenken. Im Schlafzimmer zieht sie vorsichtig Monikas rechten All-Star-Sneaker aus und hilft ihr, sich ins Bett zu legen. Anschließend richtet sie einige Kissen so zurecht, dass das eingegipste Bein bequemer liegt.

Später bittet Monika um Hilfe bei der Einnahme ihrer Medikamente, und Yuna holt ein Glas Wasser. Danach bittet Monika Yuna, ein kurzes Video aufzunehmen, um zu erklären, was passiert ist, und ihren neuen Gips ihren Freunden zu zeigen.

Nun ruhiger, wird Monika müde und entscheidet sich, sich etwas auszuruhen, und beendet damit das Kapitel.

Monika waits for the cast to dry while talking with Yuna. When she is finally able to get up, she tries taking a few steps on crutches for the first time.

When they arrive at the house, Yuna helps her friend get comfortable, cleans her toes for her, and brings a deck of cards to help her relax. In the bedroom, she carefully removes Monika’s right All Star shoe and helps her lie down on the bed. She then adjusts a few pillows to make her leg in a cast more comfortable.

Later, Monika asks for help taking her medication, and Yuna goes to get a glass of water. After that, Monika asks Yuna to record a short video explaining what happened and showing her new cast to their friends.

Now calmer, Monika starts to feel tired and decides to rest for a while, ending the chapter there.
