Beginner Jazz Piano Improvisation Lesson 2

This pdf contains all the examples from my YouTube video Beginner Jazz Piano Improvisation Lesson 2 in all 12 keys. In lesson 2 I build on the techniques used in lesson 1 by adding Diatonic and Chromatic Passing Notes, 9ths on Major and Minor 7th Chords and 9ths and b9ths on Dominant 7th Chords and further Rhythmic Variations. Although all the examples are shown in all 12 keys I recommend that you take a step by step approach and memorise 2 or 3 patterns in 2 or 3 keys first and gradually add to that. Try to work the patterns out in other keys first and then use the pdf for reference. Finally try making your own patterns using the techniques discussed and demonstrated in Lessons 1 and 2.
