The Foundation of Mantle Leadership is Resource #1 in the Mantle of Leadership Professional Development Pathway, a seven-resource leadership-development journey created for leaders serving in Community, Everyday Life, Marketplace, Military, and Ministry.

This 43-page interactive resource introduces the foundational language and principles of Mantle Leadership, leadership understood as the faithful stewardship of God-given influence, responsibility, authority, and presence.

Through teaching, biblical leadership examples, contemporary leadership stories, assessments, reflection, practical application, and development exercises, participants examine not simply what they do as leaders, but what their leadership is resting upon.

The resource moves through six developmental movements:

Professional Development Pathway:

Completion of this resource may be applied toward the Mantle of Leadership Professional Development Certificate. Participants pursuing the certificate should complete and retain the designated Development Record as documentation of Resource #1 completion.
