DOWNLOAD PREVIEW ABOVE

The highest measurable brainwave frequency. Composed for it.

Your Solar Plexus Chakra and Crown Chakra knows 60.00 Hz. So does the element of Fire and Ether. Under the Full Moon and Waxing Gibbous, listened to during peak hours, 10am-2pm, this composition becomes something else entirely.

72-minute of human-composed gamma entrainment at 60.00 Hz · five interwoven layers: binaural · monaural · isochronic · heartbeat · breath. Heartbeat at 60 BPM. Breath synchronised. Through-composed, never looping.

The heartbeat layer in this track pulses at 60 BPM - resting heart rate, the pace at which the body signals safety to itself. The breath layer matches it. The music moves at 30 BPM - half the pulse, double the stillness.

Entrainment is not an event. It is a training. The nervous system learns to follow the frequency more efficiently with each session - the way a path through grass becomes more defined each time it is walked.

The Gamma range is where the most advanced meditators spend extended time. At 60.00 Hz, this track operates in the territory of the fully integrated, fully present nervous system.

Ancient Greek theory associated Mixolydian with passionate but controlled states. The emotional register of someone fully present in their work without being overwhelmed by it. This track uses the mode to place the listener in that register.
