How it works

The module helps you check the applicant company, set a Credit Limit and payment period, record the information and permissions required by the documents, and decide whether to require a Personal Guarantee. The Annotated Working Copies contain guidance for your own reference. Complete the corresponding Clean Copies for issue to your client.

A Personal Guarantee is not required for every customer. If you choose to require one, read its terms carefully before asking an individual to sign: the current template is intended to be an uncapped personal guarantee and is not limited to the Credit Limit.

Important

This module is designed for use with the General Terms and Conditions in the Core Kit, which is not included in this purchase. For those terms and the other Core Kit documents, choose the Complete Kit.

The credit-account workflow is for company customers, not individual homeowners. Credit reporting is not an automatic feature or a guaranteed route to recovery. Do not submit information about a company or guarantor to a credit reporting agency merely because a template contains consent wording. Any proposed check or report requires separate assessment of applicable law and the agency's current requirements.
