I am a pathfinder - a guide that helps women navigate identity crisis (triggered by grief / loss, midlife, faith disruption due to post churchy people syndrome as well as adoptees who are cut off from background / dna history) & facilitate “unstuckness.”

We can’t lose who we are - it’s encoded in our dna (though it may feel that way sometimes). Our dreams & the celebration of our stories remind us who we are while our goals, habits & daily actions propel us forward. We hurdle obstacles. We learn. We keep going.

I have the best job ever helping clients find their ways through identity issues & nullify the crisis & accelerate their paths to their dreams through creating new goals, habits & dreams that will help them reach the amazing lives they dream about.

You know how many Midlife Christian Women get to the point where they are tired and question if this really is all there is for their lives and second guessing their decisions and where they are headed? All the while, they desire clarity, focus and direction for the vision for their lives?

I help the mission-minded midlife woman (Let's call her Becky.) I help Becky clearly identify the big dream/vision she has for her life. Then, I help her create big goals that support her dream as well as form habits and the daily action steps that move her closer to her dreams; so she can defeat overwhelm and confidently move forward because she can easily identify what gets her attention - and what doesn't.

Unlike coaches that focus on one specific area and lack the context of an over all big picture for a client's life and what personally blocks / accelerates them, I start with clearly identifying the big dream for your life with great detail, including what accelerates / blocks you instead.

It wasn't that long ago that I sat down and probably for the first time in my life, got my dreams and goals out of my head and onto paper in an organized structure in front of me. In the coming weeks, I was surprised by two things. The first, how many opportunities came up that supported my big goals. The second, how quickly I was able to say "yes" to these opportunities without anxiety or overthinking them. While some might say this is the Universe unfolding before me in agreement/alignment with my clear goals, I think that the opportunities have all been there all along. I was just too distracted or confused to see, let alone act on them.

So, I decided to create a client journey of offers that would help my clients experience this same thing.
