Mental health First Aid
Mental health challenges can affect anyone—in our workplaces, churches, schools, families, and communities. The question is: Will we recognize the signs, and will we know how to respond?
As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I provide virtual training that equips participants to:
• Recognize signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges
• Begin supportive, nonjudgmental conversations
• Offer appropriate initial support
• Encourage connection to professional and community resources
• Respond with greater confidence, compassion, and understanding
Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based program from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This virtual training is ideal for:
• Churches and faith-based organizations
• Workplaces and businesses
• Schools and educational organizations
• Nonprofits and community groups
• Ministry leaders, educators, supervisors, volunteers, and community advocates
I am offering an end-of-the-year special of $100 per person.
Let’s equip more people to recognize when someone may be struggling and know how to offer meaningful support.
