It is designed to give you the space to go deeper into your release process, with continuity, guidance, and time for integration between sessions.
In these sessions, you will be guided to connect with your body, release stored tension, and create more inner balance. Each session builds on the previous one, so you can experience a stronger transformation over time.

1. Do I need previous experience to join a session?
No, not at all. The sessions are designed for all levels. You just need a quiet space and comfortable clothes.
2. What happens in a Somatic Release Session?
I will gently guide you step by step through breath, movement, and awareness practices to help release hidden tension and reconnect with your body.
3. How long is a session?
Each session lasts between 60 and 75 minutes, depending on your needs.
4. What do I need to prepare?
Nothing special. Just bring yourself as you are. Optional: a yoga mat, towel, or chair if it makes you more comfortable.
5. How do I book my session?
