Body measurements for Skirt:

Waist: XS= 27 ½ in S= 29 ½ in M= 31 ½ in L= 33in

Hip: XS= 37 ½ in S= 39 ½ in M= 41 ½ in L= 44in

4-5 yards suggested.

Fabric :

4way stretch fabrics, jersey, spandex (Lycra). Stretch lace, ITY knit, jersey knit, rayon. Anything with a one or two way stretch, with at least 40-50% stretch in one direction, and good recovery (goes back to original shape after being stretched out).
