- Recipes: up to 100 recipes with meal type, servings, minutes and your rating. Recipe Items: 600 rows for the ingredients in each recipe.

- Ingredients: up to 250 items with unit, store section, package size, price, what you have at home and extras to buy (like coffee or paper towels).

- Shopping List: fills itself in, sorted by store section in the order you walk the store, with amount, packages and estimated cost. Pick Yes under Got it? as you shop, and it shows how many items are left.

- Setup: week start date, number of people eating, your store sections and meal names.

- Instructions tab first, dropdowns, locked formula cells and a layout designed for small screens.

Who it's for: Families and busy people who cook from the same set of recipes and are tired of writing the grocery list by hand.
