Morning Meditations Shawl Knitting Pattern
Let relaxation take over as you knit this stole.
The body is mostly columns of eyelets and just a bit at each end.
It can be as complex as the vintage doilies that I love to knit, or as simple as a row of eyelets.
This center out, rectangular stole, starts with a provisional cast on at the center and meditative columns of eyelets surrounded by stylized leaves. The edges have just a touch of more complex lace (and a few nupps) on the ends.
Knit in a laceweight silk this is the perfect piece to dress up a pair of jeans and a t-shirt on a warm summer’s day, or with a fancy dress for a night on the town.
