It was another long shift for Nurse Vanessa at Mercy General Hospital. She trudged through the double doors of the ER, her extremely high stiletto heels clicking loudly on the tile floor with each step. The other nurses gave her disapproving looks, but Vanessa just winked playfully. Life was too short for boring shoes.

As she changed into her crisp white uniform, Vanessa secretly admired her reflection. The short skirt hugged her curves in all the right places. She adjusted her lacy garter belt under her sheer stockings, giving her legs an extra sensual sheen. Vanessa knew the doctors and orderlies secretly ogled her as she strode by with her head held high. It made her feel powerful and desirable.

The ER was in chaos as usual, with patients moaning on gurneys and beeping machines filling the air. Vanessa made her rounds, dispensing pain meds and changing IV bags. Her fucked me stilettos clicked rhythmically as she paced the aisles.

Suddenly, a commotion erupted near the sinks. Two orderlies rushed over to help a shriveled up old man no bigger than a mouse. He had been admitted with a mysterious illness that caused rapid, unexplained shrinking.

"Oh my god!" Vanessa gasped, crouching down. "This poor little thing!" The minuscule patient gazed up at her with terrified eyes. His clothes were tattered remnants of a white shirt and slacks.

Vanessa felt a secret thrill at the sight of the teensy man. There was something so hot about the power dynamic. She grinned wickedly. "Don't you worry, handsome. Nurse Vanessa will take good care of you."

She scooped up the tiny figure in her cupped hands. Her short skirt rode up to her panties, giving the orderlies an eyeful as she squatted. They shifted their eyes away, but Vanessa just smirked at their disrespect.

She carried the shrunken patient to the on-call room and laid him on the table. "Now let's take a look at you," she purred. Vanessa pressed the stethoscope to his chest, watching his face flush. The monitor showed an extremely rapid heart beat.

Vanessa bit her lip as she palpated his tiny body, her fingers dwarfing his frame. She felt that old familiar heat building between her thighs. The diminutive man squirmed under her ministrations.

Just then, Vanessa felt a delicious pressure under her foot. She gasped and peered down to see another itty-bitty patient, no bigger than an acorn, crushed beneath the strap of her stiletto. Dark red liquid oozed from the mangled remains. Vanessa had been so distracted by the first patient, she hadn't noticed the second tiny soul.

"Oops!" she giggled, grinding her shoe down. The little man's last screams were cut off abruptly. Vanessa felt a gush of wetness in her panties at the thrill of the kill. She twisted her ankle, smearing the remains across the floor like a tiny bug.

The door burst open and Dr. Hoffman rushed in, his face ashen. "Nurse Vanessa! The lab results are in for Mr. Ackerly. It's a highly contagious virus! We need to quarantine-"

He froze, eyes wide, taking in the scene. Then he gagged as he spotted the bloody smear on the floor, and Vanessa's sole coated in viscera.

"Oh god," he choked out. "What...what have you done?!"

Vanessa just smiled widely, planting a hand on her hip. She looked like a Greek goddess towering over the dead bugman. "Whoopsie daisy. I guess I missed my yoga class this week. Clumsy me!"

Dr. Hoffman went pale. "You...you killed him. That tiny patient!"

She shrugged one shoulder. "It was an accident. One of those little shrunk guys was right under my heel. I didn't even see him!" Vanessa examined the gore on her shoe like it was the most fascinating thing. "Look at that...like a little bloody smudge. I'll have to get these cleaned."

The doctor looked ill. "Vanessa, this is serious. We have to-"

"Oh hush," she chided, wagging a finger. "It was just an itty bitty oops. No harm, no foul, right?"

Dr. Hoffman gaped at her, face exhausted. "Vanessa...I think you need some help. This isn't normal."

"Maybe not," she agreed blithely. "But it's just so...fun." Vanessa glanced around at the scattered remnants of her victims. "I've never felt so alive."

The doctor scrubbed his face and sighed. "I'll cover for you this time. But I strongly recommend seeking therapy. Or maybe a desk job. Before you, well..." He trailed off, shuddering.

"Oh, don't you worry your pretty little head off," Vanessa assured him breezily. "You won't hear another peep about this. Scout's honor!"

She held her hand up in the three finger salute. It would be their secret. Vanessa had a feeling this was only the beginning of her adventures with the little people. And she couldn't wait.
