A Letter From My Inner Child to Yours
Somewhere inside each of us is a child who needed to hear something they didn't.
This gentle writing practice gives that inner child a voice — and lets what they needed to hear become a gift for your own child instead. It's not a worksheet to fill out and file away. It's a letter you actually write, in your own words, to the child in front of you now.
Inside, you'll move through:
- Finding Their Voice — grounding prompts to help you access what your younger self needed to hear, and never did
- A Letter From Your Inner Child — space to write directly to your child, starting from "Dear ___, there's something I wish someone had told me when I was your age..."
- A Note on Sharing — gentle permission around what to do with it once it's written: give it now, save it for later, or simply keep it for yourself
There's no wrong way to hold what you write here. What you needed and didn't receive, you get to give.
