I have seen many men (mainly) in therapy who, after years, are encouraged to share their “addiction” to pornography and marijuana... I know it's not easy, but here I explain where it comes from. We go far beyond shame and judgment to really be able to get out of there and experience love, affection, and caring from a different place.
