Our Ladies of Darkness

Three guided visualizations with Medusa, Inanna, and Lilith

Written and narrated by Scarlett Amaris

$24.99 Digital audio album

Who are you beneath the stories imposed on you, the identities you wear, and the expectations you have learned to carry?

Our Ladies of Darkness brings mythology into the intimate territory of inner work. Through spoken narration and atmospheric music, these three guided visualizations invite you to encounter Medusa, Inanna, and Lilith—and explore the questions each brings into your own life.

1. Medusa

Enter her cave at the edge of the known world and meet her gaze. Explore boundaries, the accusations you have internalized, and the creative power that survives being wounded or misunderstood.

2. Inanna

Descend through the seven gates of the underworld, surrendering the symbols of status, authority, and identity. Encounter what you have buried, experience the presence of a compassionate witness, and return to consider which parts of your old life you still choose to carry.

3. Lilith

Meet Lilith beneath the ancient huluppu tree and sit with her question: Where have you given away your sovereignty? Explore the expectations and attachments that diminish you, and imagine reclaiming the power to choose for yourself.

For anyone drawn to mythology, psychological exploration, and the work of meeting themselves more honestly.
