During this live guided meditation, which will happen over Zoom, you will be guided into your own Akashic Records to discover just how realistic your expectations of yourself are, whether you're carrying any expectations that aren't your own, and what you can do to turn any unhelpful expectations into supportive ones.

The Akashic Records are often described as a metaphysical library where information about our souls and their journeys are archived. With the right tools, anyone can tap into their own Akashic Records and access information about their own soul and its specific (creative) path in each of their lifetimes.

After the meditation, there will be time and space to share experiences.
