medication blister packs

Your medication blister pack is ready as a zip file: medication_blister_pack.zip. It contains US Letter PDFs:

• 01_caregiver_guide.pdf: step-by-step instructions for setting up and using the organizer.
• 02_medication_list.pdf: a table for medicine name, strength, how much to take, times per day, prescriber, and pharmacy.
• 03_weekly_organizer_template.pdf: a blank Monday to Sunday grid with Morning, Noon, Evening, and Bedtime rows.
• 04_dose_log.pdf: a dated log for doses taken, who gave them, and side effects.
• medication_blister_pack.pdf: a combined print set with the guide, list, four weekly organizers, and the log.

All medication fields are blank. Each page has a note to follow the prescription label or the pharmacist's directions, so the pack doesn't give any dosing advice.
