Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Non-Performance
Life Coaching Services Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: The Client must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled virtual coaching session. Failure to provide such notice shall result in the Client forfeiting their 60-Minute One-on-One Life Coaching Session. The Life Coach may, at their sole discretion, reschedule a missed session subject to availability. In the event that a session is canceled by the Life Coach, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client.
Life Coaching Services Non-Performance Clause: In the event that the Life Coach is unable to deliver the purchased Life Coaching Services as agreed, the Client shall be entitled to reschedule the service at no additional cost. Rescheduling shall serve as the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for non-performance, and no monetary refund shall be provided.

Life Coaching Services Refund Policy: The Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales of Life Coaching Services are final. Upon purchase, the Client is fully committed to receiving the service as described. No refunds shall be issued for any reason, except as expressly required by law.
Life Coaching Services No Chargebacks Clause: The Client expressly agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute for purchased Life Coaching Services. By entering into this Agreement, the Client waives any right to reverse or challenge charges through their financial institution. Any attempt to do so shall be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action to recover all associated fees, costs, and damages.
